The Kingfisher Machete -- PREORDER

A machete purpose-built for standing strong in uncertain times. Machetes have long seen use across the globe in times of crisis, but until now none have been designed expressly for this purpose. The distal-tapered high carbon steel blade is rigid and unyielding to pressure, and is long enough to offer advantageous reach while remaining short enough to be manageable in cramped quarters. The point of balance is just 3.5" in front of the American hickory handle, which features a full-length grip below the finger notch to accommodate small or large hands alike. The panel-reinforced nylon canvas sheath is fully ambidextrous, and the belt loop may be fastened to the MOLLE webbing on either side of the sheath as desired. 

As supplied from the factory, the Kingfisher sports a nearly-finished "courtesy grind" to speed the final sharpening process for the end user. To assist in preorder fulfillment, we are disabling Special Grade servicing until all preorders are filled.

Please note that the fine point of this machete is intended for penetrating cut-resistant soft targets, and is not intended to withstand prying forces or hard impacts with unyielding materials. Made with pride in El Salvador.

Preorder Terms & Conditions:
• The purchase here represented is a reservation of your place in line to receive a machete when the production run has been manufactured and arrived at a future date, is charged when the order is placed, and is non-refundable. No physical product is represented by this purchase in its own right. 
• When the production run is complete and in our warehouse, we will then send the machete to the address provided at time of order, unless arrangements have been made prior for delivery to a different location.
• Due to the unpredictable nature of manufacturing and delivery times, be aware that the machete may not arrive in time for birthdays or holidays if purchased as a gift. 
• Due to uncertain tariff conditions, additional tariff-related costs may be billed before delivery, if needed. A predicted 10% tariff has been accounted for in the price at time of purchase. If additional charges need to be billed and are not paid within 3 months of first notice to the contact info provided at time of order, we will consider the order fulfilled. 
• Any orders placed including other, non-preorder items will not be shipped until the machetes are available. If you do not wish to wait until the machetes are in stock to receive your other items, please place a separate order.
