Paring knives have long been pressed into service for cleaning small game, but while their thin blades make for easy cutting, their profiles have been ergonomically lackluster for the task. This little knife changes all that with a blade shape well-suited to processing fish and fowl. A simple, polymer-lined leather sheath helps keep the knife at hand between uses.
