IMACASA 18" Pata De Cuche Machete

THE classic machete pattern, the No.127 "pata de cuche" machete is an elegantly swept blade shape with a nice thin distal taper. Light and lively in the hand, but with a mass distribution still suitable for general purpose chopping and slashing, here offered in the "gold standard" 18" blade length for maximum versatility. The injection-molded polypropylene handle is nearly indestructible, and impervious to the elements.

These machetes have a "courtesy grind" from the factory, which removes some material to speed up the final sharpening by the end user, but is not yet actually sharp. If selecting the Special Grade option we will thin and refine the factory edge.
