Dexter Russell Basics Paring Knife

A simple economy paring knife with quality steel and heat treatment. These may not be the best paring knives we carry, but when you need to buy a lot of 'em just to have plenty clean and handy on the regular, these are a great choice. Unlike the rest of our selection of Dexter Russell knives, this Basics-series model is made in China.

If selecting the Special Grade option we will convert the edge to a double bevel from a chisel grind, as well as thinning and refining it.
